Second Chances Garage is a 501c3 nonprofit providing reliable transportation solutions through donated vehicles and affordable repairs. Helping individuals and families access work, education, healthcare, and greater independence. We also strengthen the local workforce through hands-on automotive training and apprenticeship pathways.

John Frawley was a longtime champion of Second Chances Garage and a dedicated board leader. After his passing on 2/27/24, following a courageous battle with cancer, we are honored to celebrate his life and legacy though this annual event. The John Frawley Memorial Golf Tournament carries his spirit forward by investing in the programs that expand transportation options and open doors for our neighbors across Frederick County.
